Hi, I'm stephen!


I am a former Division-II and High School basketball coach who loves the game and telling its stories. What started as a way to stay in the gym and around the game has quickly developed into a passion for capturing moments outside of basketball, including other sports, weddings, engagements, professional headshots, landscapes, and much more!


My goal is to bring moments to life that can live on past the event, because memories and people are important. When you book Stephen Carter you are going to get great quality, intentionality, a photographer who cares about you, and a tailored experience to your needs. This business is about more than delivering the highest quality photos, it's about the people! My hope is to be a part of something special that means a lot to people, and deliver great photos in the meantime!
